2. Shipping for Local Orders (France)

  • Expedited Shipping (Chronopost or Colissimo)

    4. Shipping for International Orders (Outside Europe)

    We offer international shipping to several countries around the world. For international shipments, we use trusted global carriers like DHL, FedEx, and USPS, which provide secure and reliable services. Delivery times and costs will depend on the destination country and the weight of the order.

    5. Processing & Handling Times

    • Order Processing: We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

    • Handling Time: Once processed, orders will be shipped out as per the selected delivery method. Please allow 1-2 additional business days during busy periods or sales events.

    • Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. This can be used to monitor your order’s journey with the respective courier service.


    6. Shipping Costs & Duties

    • Customs Duties & Taxes: International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. The amount will depend on the customs regulations of the destination country.

    • Customs Declaration: All international orders will have a customs declaration attached, listing the full value of the package. Please note that some countries have import restrictions, and you should check with local authorities to ensure your items are permissible for import.

    • EU (European) Shipping:

      • Standard: 2-8 business days
    • International Shipping:

    8. Shipping Restrictions

    We are able to ship to most countries worldwide, but some destinations may be restricted due to regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product being purchased is permitted for import into their country.

    • P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes for domestic orders within Europe but cannot offer expedited services to P.O. Boxes.

    • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up from the carrier, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


    9. Lost or Damaged Items

    While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, sometimes things can go wrong during transit. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

    • Damaged Items: If your items are damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or offer a replacement.

    • Lost Items: If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
